Receipt of goods
9.1. We advise you to inspect all items immediately upon arrival. Please do not accept packages that show signs of damage in transit without thoroughly checking the contents first, goods damaged in transit are subject to a claim on the carrier; please do not accept them as the carrier may be asking you to sign for them in good condition. Inform us immediately if you have refused an item and we will arrange a replacement.
9.2. We advise you that if a courier delivers a parcel to you and you do not physically check the contents for damage you should sign for the goods as unchecked. This makes making a claim easier if you later find damage to your delivery as without this disclaimer you are signing for them in good condition.
9.3. The items we sell are hobby products and may require some final assembly and adjustment before use please inspect the model prior to use and report any damage or problems within 3 days of receipt.

10.1. All our standard items (not customised) are sold with a 14-day money back guarantee.
10.2. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges), you have 14 days (after the day you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. This is to give you time to inspect the goods to ensure they are what you wanted and are in good order before you accept and use them.

You will need to return the item at your cost, returned items must be in the condition you received them i.e. complete, unused, and correctly packed using all retaining straps and other devices for securing the item, the retail packaging must also be complete and undamaged. Firstly, the cancellation needs to be in writing via e-mail, we will then send you a Model Cancellation Form to complete. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will send you the appropriate return documentation which includes the return address for your product.
10.4. The products we sell are hobby products designed to take the knocks received in normal use and not show models, therefore they may have some minor scratches, scuffs or other marks.

If you do not receive delivery by the expected delivery date, please get in touch immediately so the courier can be contacted as failed deliveries have to be reported within 7 days of us sending the goods.
11.2. In the unfortunate event your goods go missing then as soon as you inform us the courier will be contacted, once the courier confirms the goods are missing and it has been reported within the correct time frame a claim will be raised and the goods will then be resent to you.
11.3. If goods are disputed as delivered, this is where the courier says they have delivered and have a signature from the addressee for receipt of them, but you are stating you have not had them then the courier will not raise a claim until they are satisfied the goods have not been delivered after an investigation has been carried out. Part of this investigation is to interview the delivery driver, unfortunately in this very rare situation the goods cannot be resent until the courier raises a claim.
11.4. Royal Mail
If you do not receive delivery by the expected delivery date, please get in touch immediately so the order can be. In the unfortunate event your goods go missing Royal Mail will only raise a claim after 15 working days have passed from the date of dispatch. During this period our hands are tied, and we must simply wait, as “lost” packages are often redelivered or returned to sender during this time. Once this has passed then if the goods are still undelivered your order will be resent.
11.5. If goods are disputed as delivered, this is where Royal Mail say they have delivered and have a signature from the addressee for receipt of them, but you are stating you have not had them then they will not raise a claim until they are satisfied the goods have not been delivered after an investigation has been carried out. Part of this investigation is to interview the Postman, unfortunately in this very rare situation the goods cannot be resent until the Royal Mail raises a claim.

13.3. Please remember that all items should be checked by the user prior to every use ensuring that everything is tightened and adjusted as it should be, and batteries are secure. Also, for fuel powered items it is essential to check for any fuel leaks each time the item is filled with fuel and do not use any item that shows any sign of a fuel leak. Where appropriate the user should perform a full radio check including a range check before switching a model on or starting an engine. If the item suffers a bump, you should check that nothing has been knocked out of adjustment.
13.4. If you have a problem with your radio equipment or if there is any damage to the aerials do not attempt to use the model until the problem has been resolved, please contact us for advice.

The warranty covers the replacement of any parts with a manufacturing fault within the warranty period which will be sent by post for you to fit. Warranty claims are not eligible for refund unless we decide the supply of replacement parts is not appropriate and a suitable used or new replacement is not available within a reasonable period.
14.2. The products we sell are hobby products and therefore the user can reasonably be expected to be able to fit parts replaced under warranty.
14.3. When claiming under a warranty you may be asked to provide photographs of the faulty part and the general condition of the whole item, in some circumstances you may also be asked to return the product or defective component to us for examination or to be returned to the manufacturer.

15.3. The return of the item will only be accepted either under the Distance Selling Regulations within 14 days from receipt for unused items or at our discretion if we believe the supply of replacement parts is inappropriate. If you are asked to return the goods by us in writing (i.e. e-mail) we will (subject to availability) repair or replace the item and return it to you without further cost. You are responsible for the cost to return the item unless we agree to refund these costs in writing (i.e. e-mail). If we agree to refund your return postage cost this will be limited to the cost of the original delivery charge for the goods to be delivered to you (excluding any optional supplementary delivery charges such as, but not limited to, Saturday delivery or Timed delivery), where the goods were delivered free of charge this will be a reasonable amount for the size and weight of the item up to a maximum of £10. Please keep a copy of the receipt as we will need this to process the refund of the return postage costs. Unless you have been asked by us in writing (i.e. e-mail) to return the goods the return postage costs are not refundable.

If the RMA number expires before the item has been returned a new RMA number should be requested as items returned with an expired RMA number may be rejected. The Returns Form must be completed in full and either attached to the outside of your parcel or the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Parcels that arrive without a returns number, an expired returns number or without a returns form or RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package could be miss directed and lost or may be rejected.
15.5. If the product or parts are not covered by the warranty or the warranty has expired, at your request we will provide a quote for repair or replacement including the cost of returning the product or parts back to you.
15.6. Returned items must be complete and correctly packed in their original undamaged retail packing using any retaining straps or other securing devices originally supplied. We do not accept responsibility for damage to poorly or incorrectly repacked items.
15.7. Before returning items, please contact us to discuss the problem as we may be able to offer advice that makes a return unnecessary. For returned items that are found not to be faulty. For example, a motor that you were unable to start but we can, we reserve the right to charge a £30 (£40 for Mini Moto’s and Quads) testing fee which is payable before the item is returned and in these cases the postage costs are not refundable.
15.8. We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed returned items 14 days after notifying the customer of the cost of the repair or return charge.
15.9. In the case of returning spare parts that have been ordered in error. Spare parts will be accepted for refund provided they are complete, unused and in their original undamaged retail packaging. Please therefore take care when opening spares in case you need to return them.

15.11. Once the returned item has been inspected and is found to be eligible for refund (this can take up to 30 working days at busy times) our aim to get your money refunded back to you as quickly as possible.
15.12. An extended warranty period may be accepted at certain times of the year (such as models purchased as Christmas presents) or in exceptional circumstances however this is at our discretion and only if pre-agreed between us in writing.
15.13. For the purposes of determining when an item has been used this is determined as being from the point fuel was put into the item for Nitro and Petrol-powered goods and from the point the battery was charged for Electric Items.
